	And Away I Go I'm heading to Texas for 10 days to see family, a dear friend, and remember why I love San Francisco summers--it'll be 100 degrees daily in Texas. Yikes. I'm taking my computer laptop with me so I can work on Woman on Fire edits. Gotta crank out that new draft. It'll be a working vacation. Here's to productivity. -M

and it's only been >100° 22 out of 26 days
so not DAILY. ;)

It's freakin' hawt! Stepping out of the airport was like stepping into an oven on pre-heat. I don't miss this all. I know, I know, the Bay Area's mild temperatures have spoiled me.
